Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 12, 2026
At Arandi Inc. we respect your privacy. This policy summarizes what data we handle and how.
What we collect
- Account data: name and email (via Google sign-in) and billing information where applicable.
- Content you enter: your technical problems, queries, and workspace content. We treat these as your confidential information.
- Usage data: technical information about how you use the Service (pages, actions, performance metrics), used in aggregate.
How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, process payments, offer support, and ensure security. Product improvement is done with aggregated and anonymized data.
What we do NOT do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not train our AI models on your confidential content. We do not commingle one customer's data with another's.
Who we share it with
Only with providers that help us operate (sub-processors), or when required by law. The full list of those providers, and the status of our agreements with each one, are on the Data processing page.
International transfers
We operate between Colombia and the USA; your data may be processed in the USA or other regions of our providers, with the safeguards required by applicable law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, update, or deletion of your personal data, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 (Colombia) and applicable U.S. privacy laws. Write to us at privacy@arandi.ai.
Retention
We retain your data while your account is active and for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations. We do not yet apply automatic expiry periods by data type: we are defining them and will publish them here once they exist. In the meantime you can request deletion at any time; the Return or deletion section of the Data processing page explains how it is carried out and what falls outside the reach of an immediate deletion.
