Terms of Service

Arandi Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware, USA ("Arandi," "we"), provides an augmented-intelligence platform for de-risking research, development, and innovation (R&D) (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.

Account and acceptable use

You must be of legal age and use the Service in accordance with the law. Each user has their own credentials and is responsible for the activity in their account. You may not resell or redistribute the Service, share credentials, reverse engineer it, scrape data by automated means, or use the Service to build a competing product from it.

Nature of the Service

Arandi is a decision-support tool. Its outputs are generated with artificial intelligence from public sources (scientific literature, patents, news) and may contain errors or omissions. They do not constitute legal advice, a freedom-to-operate opinion, a patentability opinion, investment advice, or any guarantee of success. Verify the outputs with qualified professionals before making decisions.

Ownership and your data

Arandi owns the platform and its underlying technology. You retain ownership of your queries and content. We do not use your data to train our AI models and do not share it with other customers: each workspace is operated in isolation.

Plans and payment

We offer a free plan and paid plans (in US dollars, USD), with the limits described in the Service. Paid fees are non-refundable unless required by law or a specific agreement.

No warranties; limited liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid in the preceding 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Governing law

For customers in the USA and other jurisdictions, the laws of the State of Delaware apply. For customers domiciled in Colombia, Colombian law applies (courts of Bogotá D.C.).
