Billing, Refunds & Cancellation

This page explains how paid plans on Arandi work: what you pay, when you are charged, how renewal works, and how to cancel. It is part of our Terms of Service. If this page and the Terms conflict, this page controls for billing matters. If your organization signed an order form or a separate agreement with Arandi, that document controls.

1. Who you are buying from

Arandi Inc., a Delaware corporation, 25 SW 9th St, Suite 406, Miami, FL 33130, USA. Email: sebastiang@arandi.ai.

2. Plans and prices

Arandi offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans include a monthly allowance of credits that you use to run Deep Dives and other features. Current plans:

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and do not include taxes. Where the law requires it, we add the applicable taxes at checkout. The price and billing interval that apply to you are the ones shown at checkout. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each month and do not roll over. On annual plans, each month's credits are granted when that month starts and expire when it ends. Credits from a credit pack expire 12 months after purchase. When you hold credits from more than one source, the ones that expire first are used first.

3. Automatic renewal

Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every year, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. We charge the payment method you saved at the start of each billing period. Before you pay, our payment processor's checkout page shows the price and the billing interval. After each payment, we email you a confirmation of it.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time by emailing sebastiang@arandi.ai from the address of your account, with the subject "Cancel my plan". We will confirm the cancellation by email.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access to paid features until then. After that, your account moves to the free plan. Cancelling does not delete your account. To delete your account and data, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Refunds

Fees already paid are non-refundable, except:

• where the law requires a refund;
• where a separate agreement or order form with your organization provides one;
• where we materially reduce the core functionality of your paid plan and you cancel, in which case we refund the prepaid fees for the unused part of the period (Terms, Section 2.3); and
• where we terminate your access for a reason other than your breach, in which case we refund the prepaid fees for the unused part of the period (Terms, Section 12.2).

To request a refund that applies under this section, email sebastiang@arandi.ai. Refunds go to the original payment method.

6. Reminders and price changes

• Annual plans: we email you a reminder between 30 and 45 days before your plan renews. It states the plan, the renewal date, the amount and frequency of the charge, and how to cancel.
• Price changes: if we change the price of your plan, we email you 30 days before the new price applies, with how to cancel. The new price applies only from your next renewal after that date.
• Other material changes to how your subscription renews: we tell you before they apply, with how to cancel.

7. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until it is resolved.

8. Payment processing

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card number.
