Cookie Policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Arandi Inc. uses on this site and in the platform, what they are for, and how to choose. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, anything that is not essential is switched on only if you accept it (General Data Protection Regulation and ePrivacy Directive).

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file the site stores in your browser. Similar technologies (for example, the browser's local storage) do comparable jobs. In this policy we call them all "cookies".

Essential cookies (always on)

These do not need your consent because the site does not work, or we could not honor your choice, without them.

• Sign-in session: keeps you signed in while you use the platform. It is created when you sign in and removed when you sign out.
• Language (NEXT_LOCALE): remembers the language you picked. Lasts up to one year.
• Your cookie choice (arandi_consent): stores whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so we do not ask on every visit. Lasts 6 months.

Analytics cookies (only with your permission)

They help us measure how the site is used and how fast it loads, in aggregate, so we can decide what to improve. They are off until you accept them. If you reject them or do not choose, no measurement script is loaded and no data is sent for that purpose.

• Audience measurement: visits and page views.
• Performance measurement: load times and performance traces.
• Campaign attribution (arandi_attribution): if you arrive from one of our ads or links, the campaign parameters in its address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term and fbclid), the page where you landed and when, so we know which campaign brought you if you create an account. We keep one copy in your browser's session storage, which lasts until you close the tab, and one in its local storage, which lasts 30 days. It is stored only if you accept analytics cookies; if you withdraw your consent, we stop using it and delete it from your browser.

What we do not do

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not track you across sites, and we do not sell data collected through cookies. We do not record your sessions.

Error diagnostics

When something breaks, we send a technical error report with personal data removed before it leaves your browser. It does not use tracking cookies and does not include the content of your queries. We treat it as necessary for the security and stability of the Service (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

How to choose and change your mind

On your first visit you will see a notice with Reject all and Accept all buttons of equal weight, and a Customize option. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it and does not affect processing that happened before. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
